Hourly Rates
- Uncovered Parking: $1.00 / hour until the daily rate is reached.

Long-Term Parking Rates
- 16 days or more with reservations
- Uncovered Parking: $5.95 / day
- Covered Parking: $8.95 / day
Monthly Parking Rates
- 3 month minimum
- Billed monthly in advance: $110/mo + tax
- 30 Day Cancellation Notice
The Monthly rate gives you “Covered” parking (vehicle is parked under a structure) and access 24/7. The monthly rate is not available through the reservation tool. To apply:
- Click the Rewards tab at the top of the page, create an Expressway Rewards account and put a credit card on file.
- Next download the “Expressway Rewards” app on your smartphone.
- Email feedback@expresswayparking.com with the date you want to begin monthly status and payment.
- This is a 3 month minimum commitment paid each month in advance. You will be charged for at least 3 months of parking even if you don’t park all 3 months. See Monthly Parking Rental Agreement.
- You will use the “Rewards Gate Pass” in the app to enter and exit, do not pull a ticket. Always use the Express exit, scan your pass and the gate will open.
Rates are subject to change.
Tax rate is 14.75% for Sales Tax (8.625%) and Local Tax Surcharge & Airport Tax is 6.125%.
